Providing individual and couples counseling for people from all over west Texas, Megan helps clients seek relief from anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. She draws from a variety of therapeutic styles, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR, Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) and other wellness-oriented interventions. She is currently engaged in a deep study of Existential Analysis (EA).
